HELPFUL HINTS FOR YOUR VISIT.


Be sure all children under 12 years old have an adult monitor. 
At least one per group that will be responsible 
for the entire group. Monitor must stay in play 
areas with children.
Permission slips must be filled out for every 
participant when you come in. 

Don't forget to buy a Jumping Jack's punch card 
to SAVE on each visit. You save $17 when you 
buy a punch card.

Make sure you're ready to have fun, with Jack 
and his friends by following all rules and being 
kind and courteous. 

Daycares, preschools, churches, and camps can 
receive group discounts. 

If planning a birthday party reserve several 
weeks in advance and be sure to pay the deposit 
or your time will not be saved. 

Be sure to bring some extra money for drinks, 
snacks, and gift shop items.

Except birthday cakes with party reservations.)
